I outsource and use H&M West Black Nitride for all my brake coatings. They are the undisputed industry leaders and original creators of the Black Nitride coating process. Some of their notable clients include Ruger and Smith & Wesson firearms and pretty much everyone else in the industry.
Sadly, no, I only offer what I have here in my store.
Click on my THREAD PITCH link at the top or bottom of the site for a quick DIY reference to determine your thread pitch. Also, it is advisable to contact your manufacturer directly or view their website to get the exacts if you're not sure. Most manufacturers are very good at listing their exact thread pitches in their description page.
Sadly no, I do not offer any custom machining as a service. Im a one man operation (retired) and I have to devote my time to my standard product line.
That is a very complex question. but the simple answer is...
On average, my brakes reduce approximately, at minimum, 50% of the felt recoil on my test rigs.
There are way too many variables to pin down an exact percent such as weight of rifle, power load of different ammo choices to name a few, but on my personal test platforms, when finalizing my line, I don't put out a product unless it met or beat 50% felt recoil reduction.
